Had a blast with my friends! The location is perfect for exploring, just a short trip to Zermatt and the high trail to Saas-Fee. The breakfast was good and set us up for our adventures. The staff was super helpful.

The check-in process could be tough. We faced some glitches with obtaining our check-in code.

Imagine expecting a smooth check-in, only to be greeted by confusion and error messages. Lack of assistance is shocking, considering the electronically advertised convenience. I expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but apparently, my stay wasn't worthy of special treatment, just plain old mediocrity. Almost gave it a good review, but just couldn't overlook the failures.

Our accommodation was set in a central location really close to the train station and public parking garage, the center of resorts and resorts and a bakery. Our room was impressive and modern, included with shower as well as mountain view.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes!

The check-in process was frustrating. I struggled with unclear instructions and had to call for assistance multiple times. The sound insulation in the room was lacking.

The standard double room was small but super clean and modern. It's really close to the train station, made exploring so easy. Plus, access to the 1860 fitness center was a nice perk after a long day. The restaurant across the street offered good meals at reasonable prices.
